Returns
If you are a consumer or a business with consumer rights, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The 14-day withdrawal period begins when you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.
You may withdraw from the contract by sending us a notice of withdrawal, e.g. via email to: sklep@decant.pl. It is sufficient to send us the notice before the expiry of the 14-day period.
Please return the goods to us immediately to the following address: decant.pl Konrad Dróżdż, ul. I. Łukasiewicza 7, 25-663 Kielce, but no later than 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from the contract.
We will refund your payment immediately in accordance with the terms set out in the Shop’s Terms and Conditions, but no later than within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund of the payment received from you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of their return – whichever occurs first.
The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply in the cases specified in the Terms and Conditions. You will find all detailed information regarding your rights in this document.
